Lakeside, Together.
Our Mission:
To create a consistent forum where residents and businesses from across Lakeside can work together, surface concerns, develop practical solutions, and communicate a holistic vision for our community.
A stronger Lakeside starts with a community that works together.
What Guides Us:
COMMUNITY ROOTED
Listening to residents from across Lakeside and ensuring different neighborhoods and perspectives have a voice.
BUSINESS SUPPORTIVE
Building stronger connections with Lakeside businesses and making sure the people investing in our community are part of its future.
UNIQUELY LAKESIDE
Celebrating the character, green spaces, creativity, and slightly funky personality that make Lakeside unlike anywhere else.
Rooted In Lakeside.
Lakeside isn't just a collection of neighborhoods and businesses. It's a community with its own history, personality, challenges, and opportunities.
The Lakeside Community Council brings residents and business leaders together to identify shared priorities, explore practical solutions, and communicate a more complete community vision to Henrico County and other partners.
Who We Are:
The Lakeside Community Council (LCC) is a community-led advisory council bringing together Lakeside residents and business leaders around a shared goal: helping Lakeside thrive.
We provide a consistent place to listen, collaborate, and turn community priorities into practical ideas. By bringing residential and business perspectives to the same table, we hope to better understand the challenges and opportunities facing Lakeside and communicate a more complete community vision to Henrico County and other partners.
We aren't here to speak for Lakeside—we're here to help Lakeside speak together.
What We Are Working On:
Our priorities are shaped by the people and businesses of Lakeside. We focus on practical issues where stronger communication, collaboration, and community input can make a difference.
